The most common thing between phone and computer is "let me look at this page on the other device". With the same account signed in you can push a page across, and the bookmark list is shared.
Sending a page to your phone
Click "send to device" in the address bar or menu and pick a signed-in phone; the phone receives a card in notifications or the message center and opens it on tap.
